Beef Fillet Curry Recipe

If you are like my boys and love meaty, spicy dishes then you are going to love this curry.

Indian and Pakistani cuisines can both take ownership for this special dish that is made with thin fillets of beef in a thick sauce.

It's not difficult to make as long as you have good quality meat and freshly roasted and ground almonds and spices. Please, always roast and grind nuts and spices rather than using  store bought.

This is a thick curry so I serve it with parathas or naan but if you have daal as a side dish it's delicious with rice too. Please give it a try and give me your feedback!
